We enjoy a unique geographical position - located just on the Northern Ireland/Ireland border, we can access both Royal Mail and An Post postal services within minutes. This means there will be no additional charges such as customs on orders sent to the EU. We charge a flat rate of £1.95 per parcel and free postage over £35 to the UK. All parcels are sent 48 Hour Tracked.
We post on Mondays and Thursdays, though it's not unknown for us to post on other days if we're passing the post office! There are a number of reasons for this but primarily is driven by environmental reasons to keep emissions down where possible. For the same reason, we use recycled and compostable packaging on the vast majority of our parcels. On large parcels the packaging is recycled only.
